At Frownies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be returned in their original packaging.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original box if possible and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
